Huawei Nova 12 Review: Mid-Range Champ with Flagship-Level Charging

Huawei introduced the Nova 12 as part of its latest lineup refresh in late 2023. As a more affordable alternative to the “Pro” model, does it still pack enough punch? Here’s what this budget-friendly device has to offer.

Design and Display

The Nova 12 has a slightly smaller 6.7-inch OLED screen compared to its sibling, but still provides ample real estate with FHD+ resolution. Its rectangular camera module and 7mm thin aluminum frame make it comfortable to hold. At only 191g, it doesn’t feel too heavy either.

Hardware and Performance

Powering the Nova 12 is Huawei’s Kirin 830 chipset, which should handle everyday tasks like browsing and social media without issue. Its 8GB of RAM also ensures apps open quickly. Storage-wise, 256GB or 512GB options are available without microSD expansion.
